The hotel provides many useful suggestions and information for us and offers a bath in the rooms, although they looked much worse than in the pictures. The service, while pleasant, was not as handy as expected, and unfortunately, some unfriendliness was encountered. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food and shopping choices nearby, but it's quite a bit far from the MTR station. The dining options, albeit needing more variety and improvement in quality, came at a very reasonable price.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is unique, close to the vibrant Knutsford Terrace with plenty of dining options, albeit a bit hilly to reach from the MTR station.
